Sapelly
Sapelly wood gives a mainly reddish tone, and this type of wood has the property of darkening gradually over time and with exposure to sunlight.
Due to the fineness of its grain and the density of its fibers, as well as its similar color, these boards are often confused with those of Mahogany wood. So if ever there is a shortage of stock, you could try looking for a mahogany board as a substitute that we could offer you.
If you were curious, Sapelly originally comes from tropical Africa, but despite its exotic origin, it is a very well-known wood among board makers because it is very abundant, which makes these boards more economical than those made of other woods.
DELUXE Finish
